OOO Zeppelin Ukraine (hereinafter – Zeppelin Ukraine) adheres to the principles of confidentiality and data privacy received from Zeppelin Ukraine clients as part of the services.

Zeppelin Ukraine guarantees the safety of information with limited access and the protection of users’ personal data (hereinafter – Users), incl. when using the Zeppelin Ukraine official website, payments and transfers through payment systems, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

Zeppelin Ukraine is not responsible for the operation of servers, Internet providers, the work of third parties, due to which it may be impossible to access the website, information leakage can occur due to the fault of third parties, as well as for the disclosure of the personal data by the User.

The information posted on the Zeppelin Ukraine web resources is protected by the current legislation governing intellectual property rights. Duplication, translation, archivation, copying of the posted information is prohibited.

User’s rights and obligations

The user has the right to receive information about the processing of his personal data, as well as other rights defined by Part 2 of Article 8 of the Personal Data Security Act of Ukraine dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended) (hereinafter referred to as the Act).

The user is obliged not to:

• take actions aimed at deceiving other Users;
• provide his personal data to third parties;
• collect, store, process or distribute personal information of other Users;
• try to gain access to personal data of other Users in any way, including deception, abuse of trust, selection of authentication and identification data.

If the User provides data on the Zeppelin Ukraine official website on behalf and in the interests of third parties, then by providing this consent, the User confirms that he has sufficient powers to perform such actions, including on the provision of consent on their behalf to the processing of personal data on the conditions set forth above, as their representative (father, mother, trustee and other persons stipulated by the current legislation).

According to the Act, Zeppelin Ukraine processes the personal data of Users in order to provide them with Services based on permission to process personal data provided in accordance with the Act for exercising powers and for executing a transaction with the User.

The user may voluntarily provide Zeppelin Ukraine with consent to the processing of his personal data in order to receive advertising and information materials or for another specified purpose.

By providing data on the Zeppelin Ukraine official website, the User confirms that he is familiar with the terms of this Privacy Policy, including for processing personal data specified in this Policy, and the rights granted to personal data owners in accordance with Article 8 of the Act, and the use of personal data by Zeppelin Ukraine, by checking the box «I agree with the Privacy Policy».
