Cat® stands

Working with engines requires an appropriate level of stands reliability and convenience. Cat® stands with hydraulic adjustment are up to par with this task.

Cleanliness of parts

The BvL washing complex ensures the cleanliness of parts with the help of a certified liquid, as well as the Cat® washing complex with a particle filtration system up to 3 microns.

Workplace

The workplace of a modern mechanic is primarily a computer. It provides visualization of detailed repair procedures up to the force required to tighten fasteners, and allows you to monitor and analyze the productivity of work processes.

Videoscope

Along with other special equipment like machines, presses or a freezer, special tools include a videoscope for inspecting the units’ interior, which reduces the time for visual diagnostics.

Filtration system

The CAR (R) Bulk Fuel Filtration System supplies a test-ready engine with ISO16/13 purified fuel.

The spare parts warehouse, working according to Caterpillar certification, allows you to control the availability and quantity of spare parts, provides interconnection with other warehouses in Ukraine and the world for automatic replenishment.
